We are seeking experienced HR Advisor for client in oil & gas

The position demands advanced knowledge in information architecture and HR reporting.  The resource will be responsible for developing global HR reporting, processes and tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting
    • All HR report and KPI requests from stakeholders
    • All monthly HR Reporting
    • Coordinate reporting with Finance Department
  • Interface with relevant Line Managers
  • Interface with HR Business Partners and colleagues in other geographical areas
  • Interface with the Global SAP team
  • Interface with the Global Data Warehouse team

Formal qualifications/skills/experience requirements:

  • Requires relevant higher university degree. In special cases, relevant work experience may compensate for limited formal education
  • Understanding of the work and activities for which the Job is providing support
  • The position is expected to have significant knowledge of the industry and the business
  • SAP knowlegde and reporting
  • Ability to communicate highly specialist discipline guidance/advice to others in an                                    understandable way
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • The position is expected to work independently with no supervision of work and is responsible                                    for the quality of delivered products
  • The position needs to take into account information outside own work and integrate it in own                                    area of responsibility
  • It is expected to provide comments and observations based on analyses of data/ information
  • Taking initiative, engagement, and tenacity requested
  • Confidentiality, reliability
