We are looking for a HR Coordinator for a long term assignment for one of our clients.
The right candidate can exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills, but also work independently. The right candidate can also proactively identify ways to continuously improve HSE performance as well as transfer these experiences.
Some of the task will be
- Coordinating the yearly performance management process in close cooperation with the HR Business Partners
- Keeping track of the goal setting, performance review, career development conversations, performance rating and the succession planning process
- Responsible for contractors cycle in various systems
- Coordinating and assisting the annual salary review and promotion process and report all changes to vendors
- Assisting with preparation of manpower budget
- Bachelor, or equivalent
- 5 years within HR or other administration areas
- Excellent oral and written English and Norwegian
