Contract Administrator

On behalf of one of our customers we are looking for a Contract Administrator with good knowledge and understanding of business and market.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent and efficient contract management of Corporate Services contracts according to internal and external requirements and guidelines
  • Support the preparation of reports in compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Seek efficiencies within the process, towards vendors and within the established contracts
  • Analyze and report specific risks
  • Ensure close cooperation with Procurement department
  • Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms


Education, experience and competence

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum five years of professional experience within contract administration, procurement and/or HR
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Working Environment Act
