Business Support

We are looking for a Business Support for a long term assignment for one of our clients. The right candidate has the ability to work independently and is commercial oriented with a high degree of personal integrity. 

Main tasks

  • SAP super user and purchase
  • Coordination and expedition of all PO's
  • Create PR's in SAP according to process guidelines
  • Optimize collaboration to secure that all requested deliveries are requisitioned correctly
  • Inform and be informed of requistion/ procurement matters
  • Assist cost controller in invoice handling
  • Business support to the leadership team
  • Manage and coordinate calendars
  • Coordinate and organize all department meetings and events

 

Competence

  • Ability to communicate effectively in Norwegian and English, both written and verbally
  • Goal oriented, excellent communication skills
  • Structured and solution oriented
  • SAP competence
  • 1-2 years of technical or accounting/business administration
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Formal competence or proven experience within business support, technical support and organisational development
