Personnel Coordinator

On behalf of our client within the oil and energy industry we are now looking for a well organized and structured Personnel Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate workforce plan for existing and upcoming jobs 
  • Assign employees to jobs in the planning system of record
  • Identify the required competency profile for the job
  • Support the Workforce Coordinator to ensure that operators are assigned to jobs in accordance with their field
  • Evaluate and track local client specific requirements to ensure compliance of allocated workforce to job requirements
  • Overview Operators` availability and work with Workforce Coordinator to cover imbalances 
  • Coordinate employee management on effective balance of days of rest, vacation and rig days to ensure adherence to the work schedules 
  • Provide travelling support for field employees
  • Adminstrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Good oral and written communication skills in English is a must, Norwegian is an added advantage
  • Learns quickly and adapts to new problems and situations
  • Flexible and can handle challenges in a professional maner and execute tasks given
  • Aible to work in team and follow orders given
  • Knowledge of union agreements and working environment act
  • Can handle stressful situations
  • Holds a positive attitude and drive to find good and efficient solutions
  • Energetic wtih drive and need to finish
  • Focused on QHSE
