Office Assistant

On behalf of our client within the oil and energy industry we are now looking for a service minded Office Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping printer and storage rooms tidy
  • Meeting room, social zone and tea kitchen supervision and tidying
  • Meeting room coordination, set up and cleaning after meetings
  • Assisting colleagues
  • Welcoming visitors as needed
  • Assisting team events
  • Delivery contact person
  • Replying and forwarding mails
  • Back up switch board
  • Office supplies and groceries ordering
  • Visitors` placement

Qualifications:

  • Relevant office admin jobs
  • Norwegian and English, both written and oral.

 

The position is located in Stavanger with start up ASAP.
