HR Coordinator

Do you have experience with HR work, and have good communication skills?

We are now looking for a HR coordinator for our costumer, and mayby you are the one we are looking for? 


Job description:

- Initiate workflows and ensure that administration regarding new arrivals, internal changes and resignations of employees are handled timely and correct

- Maintain personal information in SAP

- Assist on reporting

- Maintain and report on HR KPI`s as required, e.g. sick leave

- Follow up on time registration at year end

- Maintain Personal Portal/Handbook

- Miscellaneous reporting

- General HR administration as required




-  Experience with Norwegian payroll and pension system

-  2-5 years of experience with relevant HR work

-  Knowledge of departmental procedures, policies and routines

-  Communications skills to effectively request and provide information, courtesy and service minded

-  Takes initiative, engagement and tenacity requested

-  Fluent in English and Norwegian, oral and written
