Project Coordinator

Are you an experienced Project Coordinator with good organization skills and have an eye for details? We are now looking for a Project Coordinator for our costumer, maybe you are the one we are looking for? 

 

Job description:

  • Responsible for all activities related to facility
  • Active follow up all of purchase orders
  • Ensuring progress on timelines during delivery of services and goods and follow up suppliers
  • Enter into necessary contacts and negotiate with suppliers for facility services, and for indirect procurement
  • Responsible for contracts and delivery
  • Produce and/or assist in the production of all required reports, templates, schedules, presentations and correspondence as required
  • Provide administrative support as assigned
  • Execute activities in an effective, up to date, and accurate manner

 

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in an office setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
  • Bachelor degree within administration/marketing communication/economics/procurement
  • Qualification as an Project Coordinator will be preferred
  • Good negotiation skills and contractual understanding
