SCML Performance & Reporting Specialist

On behalf of our client we are now looking for a SCML Performance and Reporting Specialist who is available for quick start-up.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Develop and maintain global SCML dashboards and management reporting, and report into other functional areas where required
  • Develop and maintain appropriate status reporting and performance analysis for the Director and Heads of SCML function
  • Controlling, screening and reporting of SCM savings on regular basis
  • Creation and maintenance of business process documentation for contract management tool, user traning and guides as well as troubleshooting on business process with contract tool, user assistance
  • Provide assistance on risk management and transformational activities
  • Maintain and provide high quality reporting and analytics to support with SCML business reviews



  • Degree in Business, IT or Supply Chain Management and Logistics
  • Minimum 7 years releveant experience from a procurement and contractual environment, preferably from the Oil & Gas industry
  • Proactive with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent IT skills, preferably soild experince with SAP, Contiki, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, must be fluent in English
  • Collaborative and flexible, with ablity to organize own work and team in accordance with long term plans
