On behalf of an exciting client we are now looking for a Project lead. The right candidate has extensive, relevant experience, satisfactory language knowledge in English and relevant formal education.
Main tasks:
- Manage concept evaluation, selection, definition and project execution for assigned development project/sub-projects of moderate complexity within Subsea facilities
- Lead project teams including contractors, monitor progress, and take corrective actions
- Manage the associated project follow-up, assuring quality, consistency and timely execution of the engineering, procurement, construction and comissioning phases according to approved budget and schedule
- Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders and manage stakeholder actions
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and obtain necessary approvals
Qualifications:
- Experience of managing facilities team in early phase and/or execution with close collaboration with drilling, subsurface and other E&P functions
- Experience from Subsea facilities (SPS and SURF) early phase projects and/or execution projects
- Experience with Subsea Field architecture/system design within a contractor environment
- Experience with managing Subsea execution contracts
- Minimum of BSc in Engineering or a technical certificate in Construction Management
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English
